Projects that do not report or have serious issues in their report will be contacted by that month's shepherd or another director to find a resolution. In extreme cases, where a PMC is dysfunctional or is not following required Apache policies, the board may unilaterally make changes to the PMC or may dissolve a project to correct the issue. Article V. of the ASF bylaws specifies a Board of nine Directors, elected annually by the ASF Membership. The Apache Board is much like the board of directors of any other corporation, responsible for -- management of the corporate assets and allocation of corporate resources to projects. The board exercises oversight of Apache Projects by reviewing project reports at the monthly board meeting, and by monitoring changes to PMC membership. All code donations from external organisations and existing external projects seeking to join the Apache community enter through the Incubator. Directors are expected to disclose any conflicts of interest they may have due to their current employment, and recuse themselves when necessary from votes or potentially discussions on subjects they have a conflict with. The famous red and black stripes are thinner than last season and the big collar from last season has been replaced by a smart red and black v-neck design that features the Italian flag. Between every black vertical stripe there's a small pinstripe to add another element of detail to the shirt. The kit was a beauty; the fierce red and black stripes were complimented with white sponsoring and classy black and red collar. The sleeves were black, and the kit was completed with a fine gold trim that ran around the edges.
In the summer transfer window, Milan sought to continue their campaign of signing younger players. Riccardo Saponara came to the club, returning from his six-month loan to Empoli. Very fine black pinstripes sat in between the more typical, large black stripes and added a new dimension to a traditional design.
Completed with the vintage Adidas trefoil and the traditional star as the badge, the shirt was worn by a number of legends as the Rossoneri retained the Intercontinental Cup. For the first time in the club's history, the home kit featured two different shades of red, and combined different sizes of black stripes to complete the base. The gold third shirt aside we reckon adidas have produced what could easily be the best home/away kit combo we've seen so far this summer ahead of the new season.
